Meet The Staff

Keith W. Martinet, CPA, CVA – Keith attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC where he earned his bachelor of science in accounting. He has over two decades of experience in issues relating to closely held businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and hospitality industries. Keith performed his first valuation in 1989 where he served as an expert witness in a shareholder dispute of a fast food franchise. Since then, he has received his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and currently heads up the business valuation and litigation support division of Martinet, Martinet & Recchia. He frequently serves as an expert witness and public speaker in business valuation and litigation support issues. His area of focus is small companies that require in-depth analysis and forensic accounting in order to prepare a business valuation or specialized report.

Robert A. Godina, CPA, CVA – Bob attended Bowling Green State University where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration with a specialization in accounting. He has over five years experience dealing with tax, business planning and accounting issues relating to closely held businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, service and hospitality industries. Since earning his designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Bob has prepared dozens of reports relating to valuation or litigation support issues. Within the divorce arena, which Martinet, Martinet & Recchia specializes in, Bob has assisted clients and/or attorneys in identifying and highlighting important issues which has helped clients receive fair settlements.

Mark J. Patrick, CPA, CVA – Mark graduated from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington D.C. where he earned a degree in accounting. Martinet, Martinet & Recchia has a strategic alliance with Mark who is the managing partner of MJ Patrick & Company, which is based in Hubbard, Ohio. Mark brings nearly ten years of experience in the business valuation arena, where he has served as an expert witness in divorce cases and a business valuation specialist in the merger and acquisition field. Paul L. Rupert, CPA, MACC – Paul graduated from Ohio University where he received a degree in accounting, followed by a masters of accountancy degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Paul brings to the business valuation division of Martinet, Martinet & Recchia an extensive background and understanding of complex trust and estate planning issues. He also assists in the valuation issues relating to tax regulations and case laws as it relates to business valuations on the national and international levels.
